Prodoxaben 3.7 SC Pre-Emergent Herbicide
Quali-Pro Prodoxaben 3.7 SC is a professional selective preemergence herbicide combining 23.3% prodiamine and 15.5% isoxaben for broad-spectrum control of annual grassy and broadleaf weeds. Its dual Group 3 + Group 21 modes of action inhibit cell division and cellulose biosynthesis in newly germinating weeds, providing complementary weed-control pathways for turf, ornamental, nursery, Christmas tree, and vegetation-management programs.
Prodoxaben 3.7 SC controls difficult weeds including annual bluegrass (Poa annua), crabgrass, goosegrass, foxtails, chickweed, pigweed, knotweed, spurge, plantain, woodsorrel, and many other labeled species before they become established. Rate-dependent residual performance provides up to 8 months of crabgrass control in labeled turf programs, while the combination of prodiamine and isoxaben provides a valuable tool for diversified resistance-management programs.

Application Notes
Apply Prodoxaben 3.7 SC before target weeds germinate. For optimum weed control, activate the herbicide with at least 0.5 inch of rainfall or irrigation before weed germination and within 14 days after application. Use a minimum of 20 gallons of carrier per acre, equivalent to approximately 0.5 gallon per 1,000 sq ft, with properly calibrated low-pressure spray equipment.
Turf rates depend on turf species and desired residual duration. The label's average crabgrass-control table supports approximately 3 months at 0.5 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft, 4 months at 0.75 fl oz, 6 months at 1.0 fl oz, and up to 8 months at 1.3 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft. Do not exceed turf-specific annual maximum rates or the overall maximum of 87 fl oz per acre per year. Sequential applications must be separated by at least 60 days. In ornamental production, the standard range is generally 0.9 to 2.0 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft depending on the desired residual period.
