Pageant Intrinsic Brand Fungicide
BASF Pageant Intrinsic Brand Fungicide is a professional broad-spectrum fungicide combining 25.2% boscalid and 12.8% pyraclostrobin for preventive and early-curative management of numerous foliar, crown, root, and soilborne diseases in ornamentals, nurseries, greenhouses, landscapes, and other labeled production systems. Its dual FRAC Group 7 + Group 11 chemistry combines two distinct respiration-inhibiting modes of action for broad disease protection and resistance-management flexibility.
Beyond disease control, Pageant Intrinsic provides BASF Intrinsic plant-health benefits designed to improve plant growth efficiency and resilience. BASF supports its use during propagation for faster callus formation, longer and denser root systems, and more uniform rooting, as well as prior to shipping to improve tolerance to cold, drought, and other stresses. Pageant Intrinsic is especially valuable from propagation through finishing where both crop quality and broad-spectrum disease protection are priorities.
Features & Benefits
✓ Combines boscalid 25.2% and pyraclostrobin 12.8% for broad-spectrum dual-active disease control
✓ FRAC Groups 7 + 11 provide two complementary fungicide modes of action for resistance-management programs
✓ Controls major foliar, crown, root, and soilborne diseases including anthracnose, Botrytis, leaf spots, rusts, powdery mildew, downy mildew, and crown and basal rots
✓ BASF Intrinsic plant-health technology supports increased growth efficiency and stronger, more resilient plants
✓ Propagation applications can promote faster callus development, longer and denser roots, and more uniform rooting
✓ Pre-shipping applications provide disease protection while supporting tolerance to cold, drought, and other stresses
✓ Flexible foliar, crown, drench, ground, aerial, and labeled chemigation programs support production from propagation through finishing
Labeled Use Sites
Pageant Intrinsic is labeled for ornamentals grown in containers; forest and conifer nurseries and plantations; greenhouses, lathhouses, and shadehouses; interiorscapes; outdoor nurseries including container-, bench-, flat-, plug-, bed-, and field-grown ornamentals; retail nurseries; residential and commercial landscapes; recreational areas; and ornamental plantings on golf courses.
Additional labeled uses include non-bearing fruit and nut trees, vines, brambles, and bushberries in ornamental production; specified non-bearing woody transplants for agricultural production; specified commercial greenhouse-grown vegetables; vegetable transplants grown for the home-consumer market; and specified bearing berries, citrus, grapes, hops, pome fruit, stone fruit, and tree nuts in commercial and residential landscapes. Use is restricted to certified applicators or persons under their direct supervision.

Application Notes
For ornamental foliar and crown diseases, Pageant Intrinsic rates generally range from 4 to 18 oz per 100 gallons depending on the target pathogen and disease pressure, with typical intervals of 7 to 14 days. Apply preventively whenever possible. Higher labeled rates may be used for early-curative treatment at the first sign of disease, but late curative or eradicant use may not provide satisfactory control. Do not make more than two sequential Pageant Intrinsic applications before rotating to a fungicide outside FRAC Groups 7 and 11.
For ornamental soilborne diseases, preventive drenches generally use 12 to 18 oz per 100 gallons with thorough wetting of the root zone, crown, base, and surrounding growing media. Additives are usually unnecessary. On ornamental and non-bearing woody-transplant uses, only ornamental-approved surfactants should be considered when needed, and organosilicone-based adjuvants must not be used because plant injury can result. Do not tank mix Pageant Intrinsic with adjuvants or other agricultural products in commercial greenhouse vegetable or labeled vegetable-transplant programs.
