Demon WP Insecticide is a professional broad-spectrum wettable powder insecticide containing 40% cypermethrin for fast knockdown and long-lasting residual control of cockroaches, spiders, scorpions, ants, crickets, silverfish, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, wasps, and many other labeled pests. Convenient water-soluble packets eliminate manual measuring and dissolve directly into the spray tank for efficient mixing and application.

As an IRAC Group 3 synthetic pyrethroid, Demon WP provides both contact and residual insect control on a wide variety of porous and non-porous surfaces. It is well suited for indoor spot and crack-and-crevice treatments as well as outdoor perimeter, lawn, turf, vegetation, foundation, and other labeled applications around residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial structures.

Labeled Use Sites

Demon WP is labeled for use in, on, and around residential, institutional, public, commercial, agricultural, and industrial buildings; parks; recreational areas; athletic fields; lawns; ornamental trees and shrubs around residential and institutional properties; and other labeled sites. Indoor applications include crack-and-crevice and spot treatments in non-food areas, while outdoor uses include building exteriors, foundations, lawns, turf, vegetation, perimeter areas, and other labeled pest-harboring sites. Demon WP is not labeled for golf course turf.

Target Pests

Demon WP controls labeled pests including ants, carpenter ants, fire ants, aphids, assassin bugs, bees, boxelder bugs, California oakworms, carpenter bees, centipedes, chiggers, chinch bugs, cockroaches, crickets, earwigs, elm leaf beetles, firebrats, fleas, flies, millipedes, mites, mosquitoes, pillbugs, scorpions, silverfish, sod webworms, sowbugs, spiders, ticks, wasps, and above-ground termites. State-specific restrictions apply to certain pests and use patterns.

Application Notes

For many structural pests, use 1 water-soluble packet per gallon of water to prepare a 0.1% cypermethrin spray. For higher-rate applications including cockroach clean-out, spiders, scorpions, ticks, wasps, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and other specified pests, use 2 packets per gallon to prepare a 0.2% spray. Each water-soluble packet contains approximately 0.33 oz of Demon WP.

Allow water-soluble packets to dissolve completely before application and maintain proper agitation to keep the wettable powder in suspension. Indoors, apply as a labeled crack-and-crevice or spot treatment. Outdoor applications may include lawns, turf, vegetation, foundations, and perimeter treatments according to current label directions. Keep people and pets out of treated areas until sprays have dried.
