Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide is a professional liquid azoxystrobin fungicide that delivers broad-spectrum disease control for turf, ornamentals, conifers, Christmas trees, and commercial rose production. As a suspension concentrate formulation, Azoxy 2SC Select provides the convenience of a liquid alternative to popular WDG azoxystrobin products for easier measuring, mixing, and application.

Powered by 22.9% azoxystrobin, Azoxy 2SC Select is a highly systemic FRAC Group 11 fungicide that is absorbed through both foliage and roots for root-to-leaf plant protection. It defends against soil-borne and foliar diseases, provides protection for up to 28 days under labeled use conditions, and is the generic equivalent of Heritage Fungicide / Heritage TL.

Azoxy 2SC Select is labeled for use on golf course turf, commercial turf farms, lawns, landscape areas around residential, institutional, public, commercial, and industrial buildings, parks, recreational areas, athletic fields, ornamental plants, greenhouses, shade-houses, outdoor nurseries, retail nurseries, landscape ornamentals, conifers including Christmas trees, and commercial rose production.

Target Diseases

Azoxy 2SC Select is labeled for control of turf diseases including anthracnose, brown patch, cool weather brown patch, yellow patch, Fusarium patch, gray leaf spot, gray snow mold, Typhula blight, leaf spot, melting out, necrotic ring spot, pink patch, pink snow mold, Pythium blight, Pythium root rot, red thread, Rhizoctonia large patch, southern blight, spring dead spot, summer patch, take-all patch, and Zoysia patch.

In ornamentals, conifers, Christmas trees, and commercial rose production, Azoxy 2SC Select controls or suppresses labeled diseases including Phomopsis blight, tip blight, Alternaria leaf spot, anthracnose, downy mildew, Entomosporium leaf spot, iris leaf spot, rose blackspot, Myrothecium leaf spot, scab on labeled crabapple varieties, Marssonina leaf spot, Cercospora leaf spot, powdery mildew, rusts, Botrytis blight suppression, aerial shoot blight, Rhizoctonia solani, Sclerotium rolfsii, Fusarium species, Diplodia tip blight, Lophodermium needlecast, Swiss needlecast, Septoria leaf spot, and related labeled diseases.

Application Notes

Apply Azoxy 2SC Select prior to disease development for best results. For turf, apply as a dilute spray in 2 to 4 gallons of water per 1,000 square feet and repeat at the labeled interval as long as disease conditions persist. For spot treatments, the label lists 0.4 fl oz of product per 1 to 2 gallons of water. Apply turf applications by ground only.

Azoxy 2SC Select does not control dollar spot. When dollar spot is present, always tank mix Azoxy 2SC Select with another fungicide labeled for dollar spot control. For resistance management, do not apply more than two sequential applications for Pythium species control. For other turf diseases, follow the label’s sequential-application restrictions and rotate with fungicides from different FRAC groups.

Recommended Rotation Partner: A labeled fungicide from a different FRAC group. The label instructs users to apply Azoxy 2SC Select in alternation or tank mix programs with registered fungicides that have a different mode of action and to avoid overuse of Group 11 fungicides.
