Agriform 20-10-5 Planting Tablets Plus Minors
Agriform 20-10-5 Planting Tablets Plus Minors are professional slow-release fertilizer tablets designed for root-zone feeding of trees, shrubs, ground covers, container plants, and landscape plantings. These compact planting tablets provide premeasured nutrition directly where roots can access it, helping support root development and vigorous top growth during establishment.
Each tablet delivers a 20-10-5 fertilizer analysis with secondary and micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, sulfur, boron, copper, iron, manganese, and zinc. Agriform tablets release nutrients gradually as soil bacteria act on the tablet surface, providing long-lasting feeding for up to two years in warm climates.
Features & Benefits
✓ Slow-release planting tablets provide root-zone feeding for trees, shrubs, ground covers, and container plantings
✓ 20-10-5 fertilizer analysis supports root establishment, early growth, and long-term plant nutrition

✓ Premeasured tablets eliminate measuring small quantities of dry fertilizer and help ensure consistent placement
✓ Root-zone placement feeds the plant directly while reducing fertilizer exposure to surface-rooted weeds and turf
✓ Includes minors and secondary nutrients, with micronutrients derived from sulfate sources for improved plant availability
✓ Leach-resistant tablet design helps keep nutrients positioned near the root zone instead of washing away from the surface
Labeled Use Sites
Agriform Planting Tablets are intended for root-zone feeding of new and established landscape plantings, including trees, shrubs, ground covers, bare-root plants, balled-and-burlapped plants, container stock, ground cover liners, interior containers, outdoor containers, tubs, and established trees and shrubs in landscape beds.
Target Plants
Agriform 20-10-5 Planting Tablets are designed for use with trees, shrubs, ground covers, container plants, interior plants, outdoor landscape containers, newly installed landscape plants, established landscape plants, and perennial plantings where direct root-zone fertilizer placement is desired.
Application Notes
For new landscape plantings, position the plant in the planting hole and backfill halfway up the root ball. Place the tablet or tablets beside the root ball approximately 1 to 2 inches away from the root tips. Do not place tablets in the bottom of the planting hole. Complete backfilling, tamp the soil, and water thoroughly.
For indoor or outdoor containers, make one hole per tablet approximately 2 to 3 inches in from the container edge and 4 to 6 inches deep. Insert the tablet and close the hole. For established trees and shrubs, make holes 6 to 8 inches deep around the dripline and between the dripline and trunk, then insert the tablets and close the holes.
