Award 19-0-6 Turf Fertilizer with 0.38% Barricade Herbicide is a professional pre-emergent weed control fertilizer designed to stop many grassy and broadleaf weeds before they emerge while feeding established turf. Formulated with 0.38% prodiamine for residual pre-emergent control and a 19-0-6 fertilizer analysis, this combination product helps maintain thick, healthy turf in lawns, athletic fields, parks, sod farms, and other labeled areas.

This fertilizer/herbicide combination controls susceptible weeds by inhibiting shoot and root growth during germination, making it an effective choice for season-long prevention of troublesome weeds like crabgrass, goosegrass, annual bluegrass, chickweed, henbit, knotweed, purslane, spurge, and more. It must be applied before weeds emerge, and performance is best when the treated area receives at least 0.5 inch of rainfall or irrigation within 14 days after application.

Award 19-0-6 is labeled for use on established turfgrasses excluding golf course putting greens, and may also be used in certain ornamental and non-crop areas according to the label. This formulation contains 25% slowly available urea nitrogen from EPEC 60 polymer coated urea to support turf color and vigor while your pre-emergent barrier works below the surface.
