Archer IGR is a professional-grade insect growth regulator (IGR) designed to break the reproductive cycle of nuisance and structural pests. Powered by pyriproxyfen, Archer prevents immature insects from developing into reproductive adults, making it an excellent long-term population management tool for fleas, cockroaches, mosquitoes, ants, flies, ticks, and other listed pests. Archer is photostable for up to 14 days outdoors, making it highly effective for exterior treatments in direct sunlight. Unlike traditional insecticides that only kill adult insects, Archer works as a form of insect “birth control” by disrupting juvenile development and reproduction. It is commonly tank mixed with adulticides such as Talstar, Demand CS, Demon, Tandem, or Arilon to provide both immediate knockdown and long-term control. Features & Benefits
  • ✅ Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) containing pyriproxyfen 1.3%
  • ✅ Breaks the reproductive cycle of fleas, cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes, ants, ticks, and beetles

What Is an IGR? An IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) interferes with the natural development of insects. Archer mimics juvenile insect hormones, preventing immature insects from developing into breeding adults. In some insects, Archer also affects adult reproductive systems, reducing egg production and fertility. This makes Archer especially effective for long-term pest prevention and population suppression when paired with a traditional insecticide. Where to Use Archer IGR Archer is labeled for use in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor environments including:
  • Homes and apartments
  • Restaurants and food-handling establishments
  • Warehouses and commercial buildings

Archer IGR is an Insect Growth Regulator that is also photostable, meaning that it does not break down easily in direct sunlight. You can use Archer IGR to control insect populations both indoors and outdoors. The Archer IGR unique mode of action disrupts the life cycle of ants, fleas, flies, ticks, cockroaches, mosquitoes and beetles leading to effective population control.
