Eschaton 5 WDG fights mites and other disease-causing pests against delicate ornamentals. Its fast-acting formula attacks a wide range of spider mites like spruce, citrus, and two-spotted, killing insects at any life stage. This powerful miticide targets egg, larvae, nymph, and also inhibits adult eggs on greenhouses, ground covers, interiorscapes, and tree farms from developing. Most effective when used before adult mites become visible or when the first sign of infestation occurs. It reaches all plant surfaces and destroys mites through its reliable translaminar. It works best on-contact and provides long-term protection to plants lasting up to five weeks. Generic miticide that is a good alternative to TetraSan 5 WDG because of the same active ingredient, etoxazole. It comes in a 2 oz. packet for convenient and accurate mixing.
